Pet Rules

1.Pit bulls & pit bull mixed breeds are not allowed in the Resort.
2.Only two (2) pets per space is allowed, three (3) or more pets must have prior management approval.
3.Pets are defined as "domestic" DOGS, CATS, and BIRDS. All birds must remain inside the vehicle at all times.
4.Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of the owners' RV. Retractable leashes are permitted.
5.Noisy and/or vicious pets are prohibited in the Resort.
6.PET DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP BY PET OWNER AND DEPOSITED IN TRASH RECEPTACLES.
7.Pets are not to be left outside unattended.
8.Pets are not allowed on the Children Play Areas and Pool Area. Trained animals that assist individuals with physical challenges are excluded.
9. Remember! Wildlife are not considered pets and must not be fed at any time.
10. Do not let your pet use occupied spaces as “Dog Runs”. Any guest, not picking up after their pet, when caught will be fined $50.00. Any guest witnessing this and turning in the guest will be awarded $25.00.
11. Kennels can be used with written management approval. Size restrictions will apply.

Pool Rules

1. Proper swimming attire is required at all times while in the pool area. Street shorts or jeans are not allowed while swimming in the pool.
2. No diapered or un-toilet trained children are permitted in the pool.
3. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to use the adult pool or spa areas.
4. Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the family pool area.
5. Breakable material or glass is not allowed in the pool areas.
6. Diving, running, ball games, jumping and other boisterous play is prohibited.
7. Animals, bicycles and similar devices are not allowed in the pool areas.
8. Private radios or other devices are permitted only if used with earphones or headsets.
9. All persons must comply with the safety rules posted in the pool area.
10. Guests must use on-site showers prior to entering the pools or spa. Suntan lotions and oils clog the filter system and, therefore, must be removed before entering the water.
11. There is not a lifeguard on duty! Use the pool at your own risk.
12. Management reserves the right to close the pool at their descretion.

Any guest who fails to adhere to the Rules & Regulations may be asked to leave the Resort at the sole discretion of the Resort Management. All guests are required to review and understand the Rules & Regulations and comply accordingly. These Rules & Regulations supersede any previous rules or guidelines whether written or verbal.

All RV’s and personal vehicles must be capable of being moved with a 24-hour notice.
If an owner of an RV or personal vehicle cannot move it, then they must have it moved by a third party, at the owners expense.
